Chassidi Ferguson

    Chassidi serves as founder and President of SHOUT! Ministries. She was born and raised in Waterloo, Iowa and completed her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Public Relations from Columbia College Chicago. It was during her time in Chicago that she was inspired to move home to Waterloo and launch SHOUT! Ministries. Chassidi has a passion for Urban Ministry and is a Lay Leader of Jubilee UMC In Waterloo, Iowa. She is also affiliated with Abundant Grace Assembly in Chicago, Illinois.

Derek A. Sallis
Vice President of SHOUT! Ministries

    Derek serves as Vice President of SHOUT! Ministries. He was born and raised in Waterloo, Iowa and completed his bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts of Graphic Art, Business Administration, and Psychology from Centenary College in  Louisiana. He is currently majoring in the Performance & Training Technology Masters program at the University of Northern Iowa. Derek is a gifted artist and has a passion for working with youth through coaching and mentoring. He assists in coordinating our marketing efforts and is responsible for portraying the message of SHOUT! Ministries through our Web Site, graphic design, and other Marketing Materials. Derek is a member of St. Paul UMC in Waterloo, Iowa.

Celeste Bembry
Community Relations Chair
“Praise God from Whom All Blessings Flow!”

    Celeste is a California Native and serves as our Community Relations Chair. She has the task of communicating with our various ministry supporters and coordinating SHOUT! volunteers for the purpose of our community prayer and evangelism walks. She has had the privilege of proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ through music in the Orient, South America, Caribbean, North America and Europe. Celeste serves as contemporary music minister of First Congregational Church.

Evette Fantroy
Youth Relations Chair
"Any Crown if ever gained, I lay it down!"  

    Evette Fantroy serves as our Youth Relations Chair. She recruits teen volunteers to serve on the SHOUT! committee and works with them on developing ministry events that are effective and relevant to their generation. Evette is the Reigning Miss Black Iowa and is currently pursing a Masters Degree from University of Northern Iowa. Evette also serves as Youth Minister at Faith Temple in Waterloo, Iowa.



    Dante Means serves as Co-Chair of SHOUT's Production Ministry, planning and organizing Christ Centered Events. Dante has an amazing gift of music and is an accomplished vocalist for the Kingdom. He is a student at University of Northern Iowa majoring in Production. He is also a member of Union Missionary Baptist Church.



    Sherman Wise serves as Co-Chair of SHOUT!’s Production Ministry. He works with Dante Means to plan and organize Christ Centered Events that bless our community and raises funds for local ministries. He is a student at the University of Northern Iowa and majoring in Communications and Public Relations. Sherman is also a Deacon in training at Ambassadors for Christ in Waterloo. He has a passion for event planning and is currently working on his first book entitled “The Transformation,” which is soon to be released.
